Built with a slope to the drain and flood-tested before tile.
Waterproofing
Cement board on the wet walls, then a membrane tied into the pan.
Tile
Layout set before the first tile goes down. Corners and edges sealed, not grouted.
Vanity and fixtures
Vanity, toilet, fittings, mirror, fan and trim.
