We come to the house, look at the job and the conditions around it, and ask what you want. Then we put the estimate in writing.
No. We price a job after we have seen it. The estimate is then in writing.
We settle which permits your job needs and who pulls them before work starts. Electrical and plumbing permits are pulled by the licensed trade doing that work.
We stop and show you, and you decide before we carry on.
You do. We tell you what fits and what it does to the schedule. Specific products are named in the estimate.
Either a dumpster on the driveway or hauled away as we go. We agree which at the walk-through. The site is swept every day.
For most jobs, yes. We agree at the start which rooms stay usable and which days are the disruptive ones.
Yes, six days a week. Interior work carries on all winter. Exterior work is scheduled around the weather.
It depends on the scope and on material lead times. The schedule goes in the written estimate.
Nothing is finished until you have walked it with us. If something is not right, we come back and make it right.
