Privacy
What happens to what you send us.
Short version: we use it to reply to you about your job, and nothing else. There is no mailing list, no advertising network and no analytics on this site.
What the form collects
The estimate form asks for your name, a phone number, optionally an email address, which trade you are thinking about, and whatever you write in the notes box. You choose what to put in it.
How it reaches us
Pressing Request my estimate sends what you typed to this website. It is saved in the site’s admin area, which only we can log into, and emailed to us through our email provider so we see it quickly. The form also records which page you sent it from. Nothing else is collected.
What we do with it
We use it to call or write back, to arrange a walk-through, and to prepare and discuss your estimate. That is all. Specifically, we do not:
- Add you to a mailing list or send marketing you did not ask for
- Sell, rent or trade your details to anybody
- Pass them to third parties, other than where a job genuinely requires it — a supplier delivering to your address, for instance — and then only what that step needs
How long we keep it
Enquiries sent through the form, and job records, are kept while they are useful for the work and for our ordinary business and tax records. If you would like us to delete your enquiry, ask and we will.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads nothing from an advertising network. It makes no requests to other companies' servers at all, with one exception: the contact page has a map that only loads if you click it. Until you do, nothing is requested from Google. If you do click it, that embed is Google's and their terms and privacy policy apply to it.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call (781) 635-6146 or email zr@zrspecialty.com and say what you would like done. You never have to use the form at all — the phone works just as well, and is usually quicker.
