Privacy
What happens to what you send us.
Short version: we use it to reply to you about your job, and nothing else. There is no mailing list, no advertising network and no analytics on this site.
What the form collects
The estimate form asks for your name, a phone number, optionally an email address, which trade you are thinking about, and whatever you write in the notes box. You choose what to put in it.
How it reaches us
As this site is set up, pressing Request my estimate does not send anything by itself. It opens your own email app with the details filled into a message addressed to us. Nothing leaves your device until you press send in your own mail program, and the message travels through your email provider exactly like any other email you write. If that changes — if the form is later wired to send directly — this page will be updated to say so.
What we do with it
We use it to call or write back, to arrange a walk-through, and to prepare and discuss your estimate. That is all. Specifically, we do not:
- Add you to a mailing list or send marketing you did not ask for
- Sell, rent or trade your details to anybody
- Pass them to third parties, other than where a job genuinely requires it — a supplier delivering to your address, for instance — and then only what that step needs
How long we keep it
Enquiries and job records are kept while they are useful for the work and for our ordinary business and tax records. If you would like us to delete your enquiry, ask and we will.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads nothing from an advertising network. It makes no requests to other companies' servers at all, with one exception: the contact page has a map that only loads if you click it. Until you do, nothing is requested from Google. If you do click it, that embed is Google's and their terms and privacy policy apply to it.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call (781) 635-6146 or email zrspecialtywork@hotmail.com and say what you would like done. You never have to use the form at all — the phone works just as well, and is usually quicker.
